Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to buy a bouquet online, no matter how many photos and close-ups we show. Therefore, we want to make the process as simple as possible if you want to return or exchange an artificial bouquet.
You have 14 days to decide whether you are happy with your purchase. Is the artificial bouquet not quite fitting in your interior? Then you can return the artificial bouquet for free.
Follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Make sure the item is in its original packaging.
- The item must be in good condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Be aware that the item must not smell of smoke, food odors, or other strong scents.
- Send an email to support@bloominggood.nl en we will handle it further!

At Blooming Good, we strive to make everything as clear and easy as possible. However, please be aware that if the products you wish to return do not meet our return conditions, we are unfortunately unable to accept or process them. This also means that we cannot proceed to a refund in such cases.
