Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that purchasing a bouquet online can sometimes be challenging, no matter how many photos and close-ups we provide. Therefore, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible if you wish to return or exchange an artificial bouquet.

You have 14 days to decide whether you are happy with your purchase. Does the artificial bouquet not quite fit beautifully in your interior? You can return the artificial bouquet free of charge.

Follow these steps for a smooth return:

• Ensure that the item is in its original packaging.
• The item must be in good condition, unused, and undamaged.
• Please be aware that the item must not smell of smoke, food odours, or other strong scents.
• Send an email to support@bloominggood.nl en and we will handle it from there!

Note:
At Blooming Good, we strive to make everything as clear and easy as possible. However, please be aware that if the products you wish to return do not meet our return conditions, we are unfortunately unable to accept or process them. This also means that we cannot proceed with a refund in such cases.
